This course is a continuation building on skills from Basic Pistol. This is the highest provincial standard – building on fundamentals, safety and marksmanship. Students will add to the fundamental marksmanship techniques and principles specific to pistol handling in new situations and conditions, drawing from their holster. Students can expect to fire more than 400 rounds on the simulator and 400 rounds live. An online learning package will accompany registration to prime the student prior to beginning the course. This course is to earn the complete level 2 qualification and holster certification.

Only 10 positions per class – small class sizes mean you get more instructor attention and a better understanding of your personal skills as a result. Course instructions will follow registration.

Firearms and ammunition are a student responsibility and 400 rounds of live pistol ammunition is required. Handloaded ammunition is not accepted on the live date. You will require your pistol and belt for both dates.
