If you cancel 6 business days or more before your scheduled service is due to start, we’ll refund your deposit or payment in full.
If you cancel any service within 5 business days or less before your scheduled service is due to start, you’re responsible to pay for the service.
If you have an understandable reason (health, family or emergency) as to why you need to cancel, please email us as soon as you know you’ll be canceling at email@example.com. We’ll make concessions as much as possible for these cases.
